To be eligible for a refund, you must receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Before purchasing, please note:
- We do not accept returns on chemicals.
- Items must be returned in new condition with original packaging, warranty cards, and ALL owner’s manuals.
- Pool and Spa products that have been installed are covered under warranty and cannot be returned for a refund. These items are warranted by the manufacturer and carry full technical support.
- You are responsible for the cost of shipping your return item back to us.
