Shipping Policy

Free shipping is offered on all items from Pogue Supply. All orders placed by 12 p.m. (CT) Monday through Friday will be process shipped same day, provided the item is in stock. If the item is not in stock or is delayed, you will be notified as soon as possible via phone or email. Please make sure your contact information is correct in the event we need to reach you.

It is possible for orders placed after 12 p.m. (CT) Monday through Friday to be process shipped same day, but it is not guaranteed. We try our best to ship all orders within 24 hours after they have been placed. If there is any delay in processing your order, we will do our best to contact you immediately.

On holidays and weekends, we are closed. Orders that have not been processed as of a weekend or holiday will be processed on the next business day.

All orders are shipped through USPS and UPS. The carrier we choose is based on the size and weight of the product and the shipping times.

We have been in business for over 10 years, so we have a good idea of what it takes to get the product to you in a timely fashion. We understand the importance of getting your pool and spa operating as quickly as possible and use our experience to get you the products you need as soon as possible.

If you need expedited shipping, please contact our customer service department at 866-739-5658. A customer service representative will assist you to find the best shipping option available. There will be an additional charge for any special shipping request.

For customers that are local to the Dallas/Fort Worth area, pick up is available. Orders placed before 12 p.m. (CT) can be picked up after 4 p.m. the same day. Please note not all items are available for same-day pickup. If you are planning to pick up your order, it is advised that you contact customer service to process your order and eliminate any confusion. The last thing we want is for you to stop by for pick up and the product not be available, so please contact our customer service team or send us an email to info@poguesupply.com.

All cancellations are done via customer service. If the order has already shipped, we will work with you and the carrier to quickly reroute the package. We are not always able to reroute packages. In the event that you receive an order you canceled, we can send you a return label to quickly send it back to us.

Lost packages, unfortunately, do happen, but are not the responsibility of Pogue Supply. However, we will work with you and the carrier to resolve the matter quickly.
