🚚 Free Shipping (Excluding Freight)
We offer Free Shipping on all items (excluding freight).
Orders placed by 12:00 PM CT, Monday–Friday, are typically processed and shipped the same day, provided the item is in stock.
If an item is out of stock or delayed, we’ll notify you promptly via email or phone — so please make sure your contact information is accurate.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM CT may still ship the same day, though we can’t guarantee it. We strive to ship all orders within 24 hours of purchase.
If any delay occurs, our team will contact you right away.
📦 Carriers & Delivery
We ship via USPS and FedEx, selecting the carrier based on product size, weight, and delivery speed.

To cancel an order, please contact our Customer Service Team.
If the order has already shipped, we’ll work with you and the carrier to reroute the package, though rerouting is not always possible.
If the order arrives after cancellation, we’ll provide a return label to send it back quickly and easily.

While rare, lost packages can happen and are beyond our direct control.
If this occurs, we’ll partner with you and the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
